How does CARA support Strive for Success?

Training – CARA runs on-going
cross-site and campus-based training
for Student Success Leaders on
supporting students in persistence
through college.

Coaching – CARA provides site-based
support to Campus Coordinators to
develop S4S and integrate Student
Success Leaders into retention
programming.

Community – CARA brings Student Success
Leaders and Campus Coordinators from
across the city together several times over
the year and establishes an on-going
community for learning and support.

“When you go to advisors, it is a set time and they don’t want to break it down for you. They are too quick. You feel more comfortable with the Student Success Leaders.
