This year CARA launched our inaugural Giving Tuesday campaign with the ambitious goal of raising $40,000 before the end of 2024. We are thrilled to announce that we exceeded our goal and brought over 30 new donors into the CARA family! 

We could not have done this without the support of Lee Stettner who was introduced to CARA just this past fall and was instrumental in launching this campaign. Committed to advancing equity in college access and persistence, Lee discovered CARA and spent time learning about our work, including visiting training and talking directly with peer leaders about their experiences. Impressed and moved by what he saw, he spread the word to his network of family and friends, and encouraged them to contribute. It’s because of individuals like Lee—and like you—that CARA’s work continues to transform the educational journeys of so many students.
